Welcome To Redwood Practice

Our mission is to provide compassionate, patient-centred care that empowers individuals to achieve optimal health and well-being, while fostering a supportive and accessible healthcare environment for all.

We do so with the help of a highly skilled workforce, which includes doctors, nurses, HCAs, pharmacists, physiotherapists, care co-ordinators and a multitude of administrative leadership and support staff who are invaluable to our team.

Our practice reception team endeavour to help you obtain the best from our practice.

Practice Announcement April 2025

To make access equitable for everyone, Redwood Practice has been using Patient Triage for submitting medical and administrative requests. These can be online, via telephone or in-person at the practice reception.

Our online submission provider is changing from Monday 7th April 2025. This will not impact on your access to our services. This is being done to improve efficiency and provision of timely care.

You and your general practice

You and your general practice is a national guide on what you can expect from your GP surgery.  It also explains what you can do to get the best from the NHS.
